2-24. GENERAL.

This section contains troubleshooting charts which will help you diagnose failures in the radio set. The

troubleshooting charts are designed to isolate faults in response to specific performance problems

noted during performance testing in section II of this chapter.

There are two basic kinds of troubleshooting provided: total failure due to interruption of supplied

voltages or a primary power short circuit, and performance degradation or failure to perform a specific

function in a selected mode of operation.
