10-5. Remove three countersunk screws (16) from interface plate (26).
10-6. Connect INC-EPUU cable (20) and EPLRS power cable (23) to EPLRS unit (19).
10-7. Route INC-EPUU cable (20) and EPLRS power cable (23) along plate (26), around
URO bracket (15), down wheelhouse (27) and through hole (33) into cab of vehicle.
10-8. Install eight inches of spiral wrap (22) on INC-EPUU cable (20) with electrical tape (21).
10-9. Secure EPLRS power cable (23) and INC-EPUU cable (20) to interface plate (26) with two
washers (24), clamps (25), washers (18), lockwashers (13), and capscrews (17).
10-10. Secure EPLRS power cable (23) and INC-EPUU cable (20) to interface plate (26) with washer (24),
clamp (25), washer (18), lockwasher (13), and capscrew (28).
NOTE
Wood block is held in place with nut plate. Remove only one
capscrew, washer, and lockwasher at a time to avoid nut plate
falling out of position.
10-11. Remove capscrew (14), lockwasher (13), and washer (12) from wood block (30) and nut plate (29) on
outer rear wall (31). Discard lockwasher (13).
10-12. Secure EPLRS power cable (23) and INC-EPUU cable (20) to wood block (30) and nut plate (29) on
outer rear wall (31) with existing capscrew (14), clamp (25), lockwasher (13), and existing
washer (12).
10-13. Remove capscrew (14), lockwasher (13), and washer (12) from wood block (30) and nut plate (29) on
outer rear wall (31). Discard lockwasher (13).
10-14. Secure EPLRS power cable (23) and INC-EPUU cable (20) to wood block (30) and nut plate (29) on
outer rear wall (31) with existing capscrew (14), clamp (25), lockwasher (13), and existing
washer (12).
10-15. Install six inches of spiral wrap (22) on EPLRS power cable (23) and INC-EPUU cable (20) and
secure with electrical tape (21).
10-16. Split grommet (32) and install on EPLRS power cable (23) and INC-EPUU cable (20).
10-17. Install grommet (32) in hole (33).
