NOTE
Cut 1.50-in. piece of insulation from 3.00-in. piece.
If EPLRS has 0.50-in. terminal or larger, remove existing
terminal lugs and insulation and proceed with following steps.
Do not install cab enclosure panel after installation of power
terminals. Keep cab enclosure panel removed until DAGR power
terminal installation.
8-30. Remove 0.187-inch of insulation from negative (54) and positive (50) wires on power cable (10).
8-31. Attach shrink tubing (51) and terminal lugs (53) and (52) to power cable negative leads (54) and
power cable positive leads (50). (Refer to TM 9-2320-387-24 for terminal connector repair.)
8-32. Remove terminal board cover (55) from positive terminal board (61).
8-33. Remove locknut (57) from positive stud (56) on positive terminal board (61). Discard locknut (57).
8-34. Remove locknut (58) from negative stud (59) on negative terminal board (60). Discard locknut (58).
8-35. Connect positive terminal (52) to positive stud (56) on positive terminal board (61) with locknut (57).
8-36. Connect negative terminal (53) to negative stud (59) on negative terminal board (60) with locknut (58).
8-37. Install terminal board cover (55) on positive terminal board (61).
