Section XXIV. DRIVER'S NBC AIR LINE AND HEATER REMOVAL

24-1. Disconnect driver's NBC PVC air line rubber connectors in NBC storage compartment. (Refer to

TM 9-2320-280-20-3.)

24-2. Disconnect driver's heater. (Refer to TM 9-2320-280-20-3.)

24-3. Disconnect crossover to passenger NBC heater. (Refer to TM 9-2320-280-20-3.)

24-4. Remove driver's NBC PVC pipe holding clamps (2).

24-5. Using PVC pipe cutter, cut NBC PVC pipe (1) going to passenger side NBC heater. Remove NBC

PVC pipe (1) from vehicle and discard.

24-6. Disconnect driver's NBC heater electrical connection. (Refer to TM 9-2320-280-20-3.)

24-7. Remove driver's NBC heater (Refer to TM 9-2320-280-20-3.) Retain heater and mounting hardware.
