TRANSMIT indicator fails to light.
Check that TRANSMIT indicator lights when handset
is keyed

Radio Set fails to check out in expected
Radio Set
mode (refer to Chapter 3).
Operate the radio set in its expected mode (AM-FM,
UHF-VHF).
