Remove and retain.
Refer to paragraph 15-20

Set upside down on work surface with
left side toward you.
Unscrew and remove light lens and lamp
from DS1 lamp holder (14). Inspect them
for damage. If damaged, obtain replacement.
Tag the destination of each wire on DS1
lamp holder. Use long nose pliers and
soldering equipment. Desolder tagged
wires from terminals on lamp holder.
