Connector   (9) Connector  (9)  and connector   retaining plate  (11) Four  screws  (10) Connector  (9)  wires Rear  access  cover  (2) o.                  12   captive screws  (3) Obtain   replacement   connector. Position  replacement  connector  and retained  connector  retaining  plate  in rear  access  cover. Apply  sealing  compound  to  threads  of four  retained  screws.  Use  flat  tip  screwdriver. Install  and  hand  tighten  four  screws securing  the  connector  to  the  rear  access cover.  Use  torque  screwdriver. Torque  to  90  in-lb. Use  soldering  kit,  soldering  aid,  and heat  sink.  Solder  tagged  wires  to correct  connector  pins,  and  remove wire  tags. Position  retained  rear  access  cover  on the  power  supply  adapter  chassis. Use  flat  tip  screwdriver.  Install  and  hand tighten  the  12  captive  screws  securing the  rear  access  cover  to  the  power  supply adapter  chassis.  Use  torque  screwdriver. Torque  to  9  in-lb. Before  and  after  soldering, clean  wires  and  connector pins  with  alcohol cotton  swabs. and 14-38
