f. Diode CR1 (20)
Position replacement diode CR1 (20) to
mounting bracket (21). Using 7/16-inch
open-end wrench, install retained hex nut
(26) and Iockwasher (25) securing diode
CR1 (20) to mounting bracket.
g. Two screws (22), flat
Using cross tip screwdriver, install
washers (24), and
mounting bracket (21) to power
Iockwashers (23)
control chassis (17) using two retained
screws (22), flat washers (24), and
Iockwashers (23).
h. Wires
Using soldering kit, solder tagged wires
to terminal on diode CR1 (20). Remove
wire tags. Replace insulation sleeving
as required.
Rear access

Hold in place and tighten six captive
screws (13) securing rear access cover
(12) to power control chassis (10).
Using torque screwdriver, torque screws
to 8 to 10 in-lb.

with alcohol and cotton
swabs.
