NOTE
Remove two half doors, eight capscrews, lockwashers, washers,
and two hinge plates from left and right B-pillars before
performing steps 8-9 through 8-14.
8-9. Remove paint from vicinity of four holes (18) on left side of vehicle B-pillar (17). Apply antiseize
compound as required.
8-10. Install left hinge plate (19) and left spacer (20) to left B-pillar mounting (17) with two
capscrews (23), capscrews (24), four lockwashers (22), and washers (21).
8-11. Install left overhead rail (9) on left spacer (20) with four capscrews (16), lockwashers (15), and
washers (14). Do not tighten capscrews (16) at this time.
