6-5. Position EPLRS mount MT-6146/VSQ-1 (11) on interface plate (2).
6-6. Using EPLRS mount (11) as template, locate, mark, and drill four 0.531-in. diameter holes (13) in
interface plate (2). Remove paint from vicinity of mounting holes in EPLRS mount (11) and
interface plate (2).
6-7. Install four inserts (12) in holes (13) of interface plate (2).
6-8. Install EPLRS mount (11) on interface plate (2) with four capscrews (10) and lockwashers (14).
6-9. Install EPLRS unit (15) in EPLRS mount (11) and connect ground leads (16) to EPLRS unit (15).
NOTE
Three existing screw holes will be left empty for clamp installation.
6-10. Install interface plate (2) on wheelwell (3) with three screws (1) on outboard side of vehicle.
