Section XXI. DVE DISPLAY CONTROL MODULE (DCM) ROOF MOUNT INSTALLATION
21-1. Remove driver's sun visor, if installed. (Refer to TM 9-2320-280-20.)
21-2. Remove access cover (8).
21-3. Remove left side footman loop (6) from original location on left side of windshield frame (1).
(Refer to TM 9-2320-280-20.) Retain screws.
21-4. Using footman loop (6) as template, locate, mark, and drill two 0.296-in. holes (4) in left side of
windshield frame (1).
21-5. Install two rivet nuts (5) in windshield frame (1).
21-6. Reinstall footman loop (6) in new location in windshield frame (1) with existing screws (7).
21-7. Using DCM roof mount assembly as template, locate, mark, and drill four 0.391-in. holes (2) in
windshield frame (1).
21-8. Install four rivet nuts (3) in windshield frame (1).
21-9. Install access cover (8).
