16-12. Install antenna overcab mount (3) on left overhead rail (7) and right overhead rail (8) with seven
capscrews (17) and seven lockwashers (18), omitting one left-side screw and lockwasher (third from
top). Tighten lower left rail and right rail capscrews (13) to B-pillar. (Refer to figures 5-56 and 5-57.)

16-13. Remove paint from vicinity of left overhead rail hole (9). Apply anti-seize compound as required.
16-14. Fabricate ground strap (22) from 6-in. length of braided wire and two terminal lugs.
16-15. Install ground strap (22) on left overhead rail (7) with capscrew (17) and two lockwashers (18).
16-16. Locate, mark, and drill 0.281-in. diameter hole (19). Apply anti-seize compound as required.
16-17. Remove paint from vicinity of antenna overcab mount (19). Apply anti-seize compound as required.
16-18. Install ground strap (22) on antenna overcab mount (3) with capscrew (23), two lockwashers (18),
washer (20), and nut (21).
