23-4. Using A-frame cable guide (13) as template, mark four mounting hole locations (11), (8), and (7).
23-5. Drill two 0.391-in. holes (8) on vertical wall (4).
23-6. Drill two 0.277-in. holes (7) and (11) on A-frame pillar flange (6).
23-7. Install two rivet nuts (12) on vertical wall (4).
23-8. Apply a thin coat of adhesive to A-frame cable guide (13) and matching areas on A-frame pillar
flange (6) and vertical wall (4).
23-9. Install A-frame cable guide (13) on A-frame pillar flange (6) and vertical wall (4) with four
capscrews (9), six washers (10), and two locknuts (14).
23-10. Locate, mark, and drill 0.221-in. hole (15) on A-frame pillar flange (6).
23-11. Reinstall two cable clamps (1) on A-frame pillar flange (6) with existing screws (2) and nuts (5).
Close hood. (Refer to TM 9-2320-280-10.)
