Tools: Flat  tip  screwdriver Torque   screwdriver ITEM ACTION REMARKS REMOVAL a.    Control-monitor Set  on  work  surface  with  back  cover toward  you. b.   Six   captive   screws Using  flat  tip  screwdriver,  fully  loosen six  captive  screws. c.   Back   cover Lift   free   from   control-monitor. If  damaged,  replace. INSTALLATION d.   Back   cover Aline  with  screw  holes  in  chassis. Set  cover  in  place  on  control-monitor. e.                     Six   captive   crews Tighten   screws.   Using   torque   screwdriver, torque  screws  to  14  to  16  in-lb. 6-23.  REPLACEMENT  OF  CONTROL-MONITOR  CHASSIS  (7A1). The  control-monitor  chassis  (7A1)  is  replaced  by  removing  each  module  from  the  faulty  control-monitor  and then  installing  the  modules  into  a  good  chassis.
