Action Response a.  Connect  equipment  as  shown  in  figure  6-8. a.  No  response. b.   Set   CB1:   ON. b.  Control-monitor  runs  1  test  cycle,  “Ud”  is displayed,  and  then  SC,  CHAN  0,  RF  LO, and CONTROL M are lit with all others blank.  If  not,  go  to  chart  13. c.  Set  FCTN:  CHAN. c.  CHAN  1  lights.  If  not,  go  to  chart  15. Set  INIT  to  UP  and  then  release  it. If  CHAN  1  is  blinking,  go  to  next  action. d.  Set  FCTN:  COMSEC. d.  “Er”  is  displayed  briefly  and  then  SC, Set  INIT  to  UP  and  then  release  it. CHAN 1, RF LO, and CONTROL M are lit with  all  others  blank.  If  not,  go  to  chart  15. If  CHAN  1  is  blinking,  go  to  next  action. e.  Set  CB1: OFF. e.  Control-monitor  runs  1  test  cycle,  and Set   RAD:   2. then CONTROL M is lit with all others Set   CB1:   ON. blank.  If  not,  go  to  chart  13. f.   Set   CB1: OFF. f.   Control-monitor   runs   1   test   cycle,   and Set   RAD:   3. then CONTROL M is lit with all others Set   CB1:   ON. blank.  If  not,  go  to  chart  13. g.  Operational  Check  is  complete. 6-15
