No  response. DMM  reading  is  10  to  14  dB  greater  than measurement  RT  3.  If  not,  go  to  chart  4. No  response. DMM  reading  is  8  to  12  dB  greater  than measurement  RT  3.  If  not,  the  power amplifier  heat  sink  (6A3)  is  bad. No  response. DMM  reading  is  10  to  14  dB  greater  than measurement  RT  3.  If  not,  the  power amplifier  heat  sink  (6A3)  is  bad. No  response. Response a.  No  response. b.  DMM  reading  is  not  more  than  1.5  dB below  measurement  RT  3.  If  it  is,  go  to chart  5. 5-9
