AUTOMATED NET CONTROL DEVICE (ANCD), AN/CYZ 10
The ANCD is a hand held electronic device capable of receiving, storing, transfering data between ANCDs and
compatible devices, and to SINCGARS radios. The ANCD is a component of the Automated COMSEC
Management Engineering System (ACMES). It replaces the KYK 13, KYX 15, KOI 18 (COMSEC devices), and
the MX 18290 (ECCM fill device). It eliminates the requirement for paper SOIs.
