Recommendations (EIR's)

If your equipment needs improvement, let us know. Send us an EIR. You the user, are the only one who can tell us what

you don't like about your equipment. Let us know why you don't like the design. Tell us why a procedure is hard to

perform.

Army - Put your recommendation or complaint on a SF 368 (Quality Deficiency Report) and mail it to:

Commander, US Army Communications- Electronics Command and Fort Monmouth, ATTN: DRSEL-ME-

MP, Fort Monmouth, NJ 07703.

Air Force - Submit your EIR's in accordance with AFR 900-4.

Navy - Submit your EIR's through your local beneficial suggestion program. We will send you a reply.

1-6. Warranty Information

The Radio Sets are warranted by Motorola Inc., for a period of 12 months. The warranty starts on the date found in block

23, DA Form 2408-9, in the logbook. Report all defects in material or workmanship to your supervisor, who will take

appropriate action through your organizational maintenance shop.
