WARNING
An ungrounded helicopter may store a static electric charge. Ground helicopter electrically and
turn power off before performing any maintenance. Serious burns or electrical shock can result
from contact with exposed wires or connectors.
DISASSEMBLY/ASSEMBLY
1. BATTERY BOX MOUNTED ON AIRFRAME.

Disconnect plug from battery box.
Loosen four fasteners (1) securing cover (2) to
case (3).
Remove five batteries (4).
Remove four screws (5) securing case (3) to
airframe.
Remove case (3).
Position replacement case (3) and install four
screws (5) securing case (3) to airframe.
Install five batteries (4).
Tighten four fasteners (1) securing cover (2) to
case (3).
