Rear access cover (2)
Position replacement rear access cover
on the power supply adapter chassis.
ae. Screw, flat washer,
and Iockwasher (8)

12 captive
Use flat tip screwdriver. Install and hand
screws (11)
tighten the 12 captive screws securing
the rear access cover to the power supply
adapter chassis. Use torque screwdriver.
Torque to 9 in-lb.
Screw, flat washer,
Use cross tip screwdriver. Install and hand
and Iockwasher (5)
tighten retained screw, flat washer, and
replacement Iockwasher securing the
protective rubber cap (4) for the J3
connector (3) on the rear access cover.
Place the protective rubber cap on the
J3 connector (3).
Use cross tip screwdriver. Install and hand
tighten retained screw, flat washer, and
replacement Iockwasher securing the
protective rubber caps (9) and (7) for the
J4 and J5 connectors (10) and (6) on the
rear access cover. Place the protective
rubber caps on the J4 and J5 connectors
(10) and (6).
Sealing guide pin (15)
Install o-ring on retained sealing guide pin,
o-ring
and apply sealing compound to o-ring.

Sealing guide
Use adjustable wrench. Install and hand
pin (15)
tighten sealing guide pin on rear access
cover. Use torque wrench. Torque to 20 in-lb.
Use flat tip screwdriver. Install and hand
tighten seal screw on rear access cover.
Use torque screwdriver. Torque to 15 in-lb.
