TM 11-5820-890-30-5 14-39. REPLACEMENT  OF  REAR  ACCESS  COVER  ASSEMBLY.  Continued ITEM ACTION REMARKS INSTALLATION s. t. u. v. w. x. y. z. Rear  access  cover  (2) and  five  Iockwashers Connector   (6)   o-ring connector   (6), hex  nut,  and Iockwasher Connector   (3)   o-ring Connector   (3), hex  nut,  and Iockwasher Connector   (10)   o-ring Connector   (10), hex  nut,  and Iockwasher Connector  (13)  and connector   retaining plate  (14) aa.                Four  screws  (12) Obtain  replacement  rear  access  cover and  Iockwashers. Apply  silicone  compound  to  o-ring  on retained  J5  connector. Use  1  1/16  inch  socket  wrench.  Install and  hand  tighten  retained  hex  nut  and replacement  Iockwasher  securing  the  J5 connector  (6)  to  the  rear  access  cover. Use  torque  wrench  and  1  1/16  inch socket.  Torque  to  70  in-lb. Apply  silicone  compound  to  o-ring  on retained  J3  connector. Use  7/8  inch  socket  wrench.  Install and  hand  tighten  retained  hex  nut  and replacement  Iockwasher  securing  the  J3 connector  (3)  to  the  rear  access  cover. Use  torque  wrench  and  7/8  inch  socket. Torque  to  60  in-lb. Apply  silicone  compound  to  o-ring on  retained  J4  connector. Use  7/8  inch  socket  wrench.  Install and  hand  tighten  retained  hex  nut  and replacement  Iockwasher  securing  the  J4 connector  (10)  to  the  rear  access  cover. Use  torque  wrench  and  7/8  inch  socket. Torque  to  60  in-lb. Position  retained  connector  and  connector retaining  plate  in  rear  access  cover. Apply  sealing  compound  to  threads  of four  retained  screws.  Use  flat  tip  screwdriver. Install  and  hand  tighten  four  screws  securing the  connector  and  connector  retaining  plate to  the  rear  access  cover.  Use  torque screwdriver.  Torque  to  90  in-lb. 14-62
