Tools: Cross  tip  screwdriver Flat  tip  screwdriver Expendable  Supplies: Sealing  compound,  grade  H Adhesive,   cyanoacrylate Silicone   compound References: Paragraph  3-24  and  3-25  for  repair  instructions  and  removal  and  installation  of threaded  screw  inserts. Paragraph  4-62  for  removal  and  installation  of  circuit  breaker  CB1. ITEM ACTION REMARKS REMOVAL a.  Mounting  adapter b.   Side   access   cover c.   Terminal   block TB2 (19) d.  Screw  (18) Set  on  work  surface  with  left  side  toward you. (16) Remove  and  retain. Tag  wires  on  terminal  block  TB2  (19). Using  flat  tip  screwdriver,  remove  and retain  four  screws  securing  wires  to terminal  block  TB2  (19). Tag  terminal  lugs.  Using  cross  tip  screw- driver,  remove  and  retain  screw  (18),  flat e.  Relay  K1  (15) f.   Four   hex   screws   (11) and  flat  washers  (12) g.   Four   screws   (2) h.  Two  screws  (1)  and flat  washers  (2) i. O-ring  gasket  (4) washer,  Iockwasher,  and  insulating  washer securing  two  terminal  lugs  to  terminal block  TB2  (19). Tag  terminal  lugs.  Using  cross  tip  screw- driver,  remove  and  retain  screw  (16) securing  two  terminal  lugs  to  relay  K1. Using  hex  wrench,  remove  and  retain  four screws  (11)  and  flat  washers  (12)  securing power  control  chassis  to  power  supply chassis. Using  cross  tip  screwdriver,  remove  and retain  four  screws  (2)  securing  side  panel (6)  to  power  control  chassis. Using  cross  tip  screwdriver,  remove  and retain  two  screws  (1)  and  flat  washers  (2) securing  bottom  shelf  to  power  control chassis.  Remove  and  retain  power  control chassis. Inspect,  remove,  and  replace  as  required. Clean  case  channel  of  all  debris. Refer  to  paragraph  4-62 for   removal   procedures. See  figure  4-19. See  figure  4-20. See  figure  4-19.
