VIC intercomm. For answers to technical questions concerning the VIC

Radios in VIC-1 equipped vehicles can be operated directly,

NMC STATUS

by-passing the VIC system if necessary. Intercom, however, is

essential for the safe and effective operation of the combat vehicle.

Thus, intercom is a Not Fully Mission Capable deficiency.
