in tests and troop unit experience, an operator can expect to encounter
some problems, especially when the radio and associated equipment
are used together for various reasons.

Loading RT with COMSEC and FH data from ANCD fails
Operator is unable to contact the net NCS
Operator hears no traffic on the net.
Radio presents strange message or noise that will not clear.
Any of these problems may be caused by an equipment failure. But,
CAUSES
