Control Device (ANCD), a Precision Lightweight GPS Receiver
(PLGR), manually via the keypad, or by ERF
Running self-test with COMSEC in PT results in display message
of " O CT" (Changing to CT clears message.)

RT will accept ERF if sync time is less than 100 days different from
net sync time.
