This method of LNE is used if Passive method falls to bring
you back into the net. Remember that use of the CUE and
ERF method requires your NCS (or Alternative) to leave the
operational net in order to respond to your call. If you have
an ANCD, the Hot Start procedure offers a good alternative
to CUE and ERF.
